Tina Sturgis is the receptionist and clinical assistant of Lotus Acupuncture & Holistic Health Clinic.
 

     Tina was born in the Philippines and grew up in Okinawa before coming to the United States in 1995 arriving in North Carolina and then finally settling in Bradenton, Florida with her family. In 2009, she moved to Virginia.
 

     Tina enjoys working with and helping people, most especially, their care and well-being. She has always been interested in the health of a person, mind, body and spirit. She is committed to people's overall health and aspires to become a Holistic Practitioner.
 

     On her off time, Tina does mediation and Tai Chi / Qi Gong. She enjoys philosophy and loves relaxing with a good book, preferably Lois Duncan, who is one of her favorite authors. When she gets the chance, she writes poetry and is currently in the process of writing a few novels. She enjoys art, sculpting and drawing. Tina believes everyone has the ability to create and to be able to express themselves artistically.
